How am I 0-10 last week if I didn't pick.  I think I should stay at 5-5.

Those are the rules.  Miss a game it counts as a loss.  The first week you start to pick you begin with the worst record in the league.

Other wise you could pick and choose the games that are the biggest favorites.

This week you're 0-1. :D  Got to get your picks in 8)
