They was on the topic for a few. The guy tiereny took callers and there was a few. Smith was saying the not recruiting new York is no excuse blah blah. Louie recruited out side of new York blah blah.they need a stud. New York city kids have always left the city get kids from out of state that want the new York experience.
The other guy was saying we only have 3-4 big east player. Dj, Paris, justin( he said he needs to wake up come on) and he said malik isn't a starter. He said unless the lose every game norm will be back. We have a good chance at lance he heard from a few peoplethat the Maryland thing won't happen. Him Omari and dwight makes them at least a middle of the pack big east team. But they are a little away.

If they don't beat Depaul--which is very possible as Depaul will see us as their best chance to get a W--that would be it.

I'm sorry, but all kidding aside, if St. John's were to bring him back next year, they would truly show how incompetent they really are.  Why are there even questions surround the firing of a coach who has won 29% of conference games in 5 years?  This is like one of Bernard Madoff's clients saying, "Well, even though he's lost all my money, I still wanna keep him around cause he's a really nice guy."

He was a losing coach before he came to SJU, he has been a losing coach since being at SJU, and he'll be a losing coach long after he's gone from SJU.  Not even the addition of a recruit such as Stephenson (which is still up in the air considering he's visiting Kansas next week) should be a justification.
