Favorite beers of St. John's fans
« on: February 13, 2009, 09:56:58 PM »
My favorite beers:

1. Blue Moon -Current #1
2. Dos Equis - When eating mexican or in nice weather
3. Red Stripe - Maybe it's the bottle?
4. Newcastle Brown Ale

Not a beer, but I also love Magner's Cider.  A good friend of mine from London turned me on to it.

I am starting to warm up to Guinness as well.

Blue Moon is definitely a favorite of mine.

I also like Sam Adams seasonal beers. I like enjoy Guinness or a black and tan.

In terms of light yellow beers

1. Miller
2. Coors
3. Bud

Bud is my least favorite out of the 3.

Ahh the Nascar series!  I do like Miller Lite, though, for a light beer.

Oh this is a good topic. My girlfriend and I had an international beer party at our house in septemer.

Everyone had to bring 2 six packs of beer from any country other than the US.

My refrigerator is still packed with a bunch of beers.

In no paticular order

#1 Tusker- From Kenya

#2 Red Stripe

#3 Dos Equios ( spelling ? ) Tecate, Negro Modelo

#4 Cusquena Peru

#5 I have to get the name of it but I think it's called hebrew beer ( no joke ) and it's not cheap ( no joke again. LOL )

#6 I like Tsing Tai and Sapporo at chinese restaurants

#7 Stella

There are a bunch I'm forgetting. I love going to international restaurants and trying different country beers

"He'Brew: the Chosen Beer" started out in San Francisco, if that's the one you're thinking of.

I haven't tried most of those.  Besides being black, are you also of Scottish descent?

I drank rheingolds all of my freshman and sophomore year in college over at gantrys/last call bar. No one drank them and they were always on special. It wasn't too bad either. I have to check out knickerbocker
