Good guess, but no.  Kentucky was 2nd at 81.7%(282 wins vs 63 losses), Duke was actually the 5th winningest program at 77.7% (271 wins vs 78 losses)

1st in the 1990s was likely Kansas - Roy Will choked in the tourney a lot but they always made it and had good records.  Yes?  Arizona would be my next guess.

Nice job. That would have taken me awhile to get. Answer- Kansas. The University of Kansas won 82.7% of their games during the 1990's (286 wins vs 60 losses).

Arizona was 3rd at 79.3% (256 wins vs 67 losses), Duke was actually the 5th winningest program at 77.7% (271 wins vs 78 losses) behind the College of Charleston who achieved a 78.3% (222 wins vs 62 losses) winning percentage in the 1990's.

Nope, UNC-ASHVILLE 1998 St Johns won by 55, 105-50. Heres the box score, I think Kevin Martin, who plays for the Sacremento Kings was on the team.
