No my point is the rush you get from "feeling scared and surprised" might be similar to some guys when they see a fast car chase or gunfight, right?

I think it is different. Irrespective of genre, I can't sit there and watch a five minute scene with little to no dialogue. I don't watch movies for the action or the gore.
You can be surprised by any film. You can get a rush from any film. It's a matter of taste and what the viewer finds entertaining.
