On Thursday, Frenji Sports held their 2nd Annual Frankie Williams Charity Classic in Greenburgh, NY.
Hometown fav Dante Taylor finished with 32pts
The event featured an All-Star line up that had the standing room only crowd on their feet.
The White Team would bring home the win, scoring a big 128-122 win over the Blue Team. However, it would be Marshal-bound Hassan Whiteside that would steal the show, taking home the MVP award finishing with 37 points for the White team. White Team's Lance Stephenson would serve up 21 points.
For the Blue Team Pittsburgh-bound Dante Taylor, the hometown favorite, would finish with 32 points. Taylor's teammate Cincinnati-bound Sean Kilpatrick contributed an exciting 26 points and Miami-bound Durand Scott would add 21 points.
By the end of the first quarter, Whiteside would've already tallied 13 points for the White Team, coached by former NBA star Kenny Anderson. By the second quarter, Taylor, a Greenburgh native, wowed the crowd with his electric dunks, finishing the half with 13 points. Taylor's team was coached by Dwayne "Tiny" Morton, the head coach at Lincoln High School in Brooklyn, NY.
