what do u know??? malik comes in grabs a loose ball runs the floor and hits a streaking burrell to the hoop for a 3 point play....geno hasnt done that in 4 years.

agrred. WHY DO THE BIGMEN PLAY HELP DEFENSE AT THE 3 POINT ARC?! hes screened geno twice in this half alone.

and the guy is being out rebounded like crazy.

boothe already showed in taht play how much better he is then lawrence.  w/ lawrence we'd be back in a LOST half court possession..

agree, perfect time to see what we have at least let them get some min. Just another reason why i think this staff is in way over their heads. Change is needed at the end of the year. I'm so tired of these blowouts, never do we win or stay close when we're supposed to be overmatched.

i only saw the 2nd half (i fell asleep watching HS weekly. i should have stayed asleep.).  but TJ, mason jr and lawrence just look dreadful... 

i want norm to make a message to a guy like lawrence if he plays like ****, he'll sit out the rest of the game.

he wont do that because he loves his "senior" (notice the quotation marks) too much.  however, it is the freshman that is playing smarter than geno.

he's the man.  i said it in september on this board: he is a better point guard than eugene lawrence PERIOD.  geno shouldve stayed on the NEC level he played pretty well against the fairleigh dickinsons and LIU's.

i really love boothe's game.  remeber watching him face holy cross last year.  i knew the guy was the goods.  if he can develop some sort of jumpshot he can be REALLY good..

some good ol' stats for everyone:

Eugene Lawrence: 2 points, 1 assist, 4 turnovers..  terrible for your only senior pg..

Mason Jr: 14 pts, 5-18 fg, 1-4 3pt.  he was AWFUL tonight.  he can't shoot 5-18. just can't. or else we really got no chance at all vs anyone in the big east.

boothe: 0 points, 7 assists, 3 steals, NO TURNOVERS.

burrell: 2 defensive rebounds. he needs to get more rebounds. our centers are terrible and he needs to step up. (and he doesn't need alley oops kob..)
