For Norm to Keep his job...
« on: September 18, 2009, 08:45:14 AM »
If you were the powers that be, what would it take for you to bring Norm back next year?  This is not about predicting what will happen but if it was up to you.

For me, NCAA appearance including top 8 in BE.

If top 10 BE, NIT, and he signs a top 25 recruit, perhaps thatd do it as well.

AMEM Boo...

Its sickening to think that a NIT appearance will be considered real progress for this program. It really makes me sad.

I was with a former player last night and I asked what he thought about the season and he didn't even want to talk about it.

Jayson should be working on his defense case and not worrying about St Johns hoops

I agree with your take.  NCAA or NIT with some recruiting pledges.  The admin's bar is probably a little lower than that.  My guess is if they improve on win total he is back.
