and believe it or not, I think we have a better coach

Might be your worst post in three years.

Youre impressed with JT3?

Marco,  do you think Norm would do better than JT3 if he were the coach of Georgetown?  and vice-versa?

Who knows, tough question. Wouldnt we all like to see Norm coach 3 All Americans?

Isn't recruiting part of the job?

Certainly is. So is winning, and dont you think having 3 All Americans should equal winning? Ive said it before, whats worse-a coach who cant recruit and loses or a coach that can recruit and still loses?

Jt3  had one bad year, last year.  he has a decent track record, therefore he should recieve the benefit of the doubt. Norm has no track record, at any level.
G-town may very well be overrated, but they are a tourney team imo.
Coaches that can't recruit and lose usually don't last very long where as the recruiter will always be around.

Monroe is totally being misused there and he should go to the NBA before his stock plummets, the same way Hibberts did

JT3 made a Final Four!  Norm probably couldn't coach his way to a Final Four with the Lakers.

The talent and abilities were as equal as it's going to get in that G'town matchup.  Norm has a few huge matchups that he did not take advantage of.  We lost that game due to coaching.  That game was only kept close because of 3-4 wild three pointers.

I'm gonna say two things and two things only and this may sound bias. But 1. The guards get the bigs in foul trouble majority of the time because they cant stay in front of their man.  And 2. I've said it since I have been on this site and people was slaying me. The guards don't get the ball into the bigs ever. They don't look for them on the break and I counted maybe 9-10 alleys since they were freshmen thrown. I'm not mad at sean or brownlee at all. I don't like it I think it is ugly ball but that's the only way they get their points. I wish justin took a page out of their book and went coast to coast. They don't pass at all. It bugs me out how only a few people see this.

Best comment on this site......Likewise amazed why everybody doesn't recognize your two points. You gotta sit players that won't pass period !

Wait till Mase comes back! The bigs may never see the rock again.  This is Norms offensive scheme apparently.  We should just be willing to deal with it. Burrell will be just fine if he plays with the fire he had against g-town.  He should take it upon himself to make things happen.  take it coast to coast.  Everyone else has free reign to do so.

JT3 made the final 4 with 2 lottery picks that Eshcerick left him

I think Monroe is a much better, more complete player that Hibbert. Roy Hibbert was Curtis Johnson with normal feet. Don't necessarily disagree with you about how he's being used , but that's JT3 system.

1. Justin should not go coast to coast.  His dribble is, I think, worse than Sean's.  But it's very true, the bigs have to go and get their ball and I just don't understand how you can have offensive basketball that ignores the interior.  And it's gotten worse.  Which is weird because an interior presence gives the guards the chance to shoot/ drive instead of just shooting contested shots.

2. I also think Mase's passing ability is wasted.  He does have some. But the offense is pick and... look for your shot.

F Chris Wright, Hoyas are an NIT team and if they do squeeze into the NCAA they are 1st round out. I only caught a few minutes of the game and I still think we arter better than them and believe it or not, I think we have a better coach

The NCAA college coaches don't agree with you as they are ranked 13th in the most recent coaches poll.
