Team won a tough game last night , a game I thought they would lose. . GOOD FOR THEM.
They did it despite their inept coach last night.
Hardy came up huge for the team last night and should be commended.
Brownlee and Hardy had over 50% of the team's points last night, lets see if they start to get more minutes.
Good point, although I still like these guys off the bench rather than starting. But they need to get the minutes and be on the floor at the end
The 5 who subbed in played better than the 5 starters!
OK it's one thing to have ONE guy like a Manu Ginobili coming off the bench who is going to play 80% of the minutes and provide some offensive spark. It's a WHOLE other thing to have MULTIPLE players start on the bench who are better than the starters. That is just called dumb coaching! Why start yourself in a hole?
If you want Hardy to start form the bench, fine, but he deserves more than 20 minutes. IF Hardy is our "Manu Ginobili," then the starting lineup should be:
Boothe, Horne, Kennedy, Brownlee, Burrell
Mason, Hardy, and Evans are PLENTY offense and "spark" to bring off the bench.
What Norm does is he sits BOTH brownlee and burrell! Norm starts a PG who doesn't do much, a center who does nothing offensively, a shooting guard who hasn't done naything offensively this year, a power forward who sometimes disappears and sometimes gets out of control and acts like a PG, and DJ Kennedy. That is a dumb starting lineup. If it is not changed, there should be some paper that can be signed by all of the assistants and the players, similar to what the cabinet can do saying the president is unfit to act.
