I think Omari gives us more than most believe.  I'm actually pretty excited about him because he doesn't have a glaring weakness outside of mabye just being an average athlete. 
And being an atrocious free throw shooter. Agree that he brings a lot to the table and that he'll be a good player down the road. But if on the court at all this year he belongs at the bottom of the rotation - vehemently disagree with those who think he should be playing PG. That's crazy.

Speaking of which, of all the guys who are mentioned as possible replacements for Boothe, nobody mentions Mason. So I will. He's tall, he's a good passer, he's got an adequate handle, he can shoot, and he's got a senior's court sense. Obviously he doesn't match up defensively, but of all of the likely suspects it's to me the most interesting option.

I agree that Lawrence would be a disaster at PG.  Mason might not be bad, but I still think Boothe is our only real true PG.
