Does anyone have any info on him? From what I read online, he maybe a nice pick up for the 2012 class.

I know he is South Kent's roster so we may actually have a decent shot at landing him.

He's playing overseas and doing pretty well.

Nikolas Stauskas SG 6'4 2012


A crafty player who is able to score effectively in a number of different ways. He is very dangerous as an outside shooter because his smooth release and great balance allow him to shoot spotting up and off the dribble. Because defenders have to play up on him he is able to utilize shotfakes and jabs to create space so he can set up his dribble drives. Handling the ball he is very comfortable using either hand, and he has a nice mix of crossover and hesitation moves to keep the opposition guessing. He is good at playing angles and he has solid leaping ability allowing him to finish over top and around the help side defense. At 6'4 he is slightly undersized for the 2, and he lacks the great explosiveness to compensate, but at his age, he still has time to grow and to work on his physicality.

NBA Draft's watching him?  Be a coup to get a guy like that in the fold.

Finally there is Stauskas. A 6-foot-4 shooting guard, he's always been known as a guy who can shoot with range off the dribble or catch. As it turns out, he's a lot better going to the rim and finishing in transition than advertised. He's got a little extra bounce in his step and is looking more like a legitimate high-major prospect.
