Allotment of Minutes at the PG Position during Nova Game

The Nova site has a 1st half only and 2nd half only box score (scroll all the way down on the link to view them).  Here are my findings (very basic) on the BIZARRE decisions from Norm today:

-Malik Boothe had a MISERABLE first half and it's reflected in his numbers. 4 turnovers in 6 minutes, with 0 assists.  Malik STITH comes in and plays 14 minutes with 0 turnovers and 4 assists.  The success of the offense with Stith in as opposed to Boothe was blatant and obvious.

-In the SECOND half, Norm obviously decides to disregard what just happened on the floor in the first half.  He plays Malik BOOTHE for 12 minutes and Malik STITH for only 7 minutes.

Can someone PLEASE explain the rationale behind this?!

Our coach is a clown.  It's the only explanation needed at this point.

Norm's gotta go.  NORM's gotta go.  This NEEDS to be chanted loud and clear asap.  Don't give me this "the players don't deserve this" BULLs#!T   The players don't deserve a braindead yes man for a coach who is only capable of being an assistant.  The players DESERVE to have a legit chance to grow and win next year under a REAL coach.  Hell I'd be for firing norm even if we knew Freddy Q was the one who would take over.  NORM MUST GO.
