7-4, Dont forget Norm is due for a huge win

@ Pitt--L
@ Rutgers--W
WVU--L
Louisville---W
@ Notre Dame--L
Seton Hall--W
@ South Florida--W
Marquette--W
Pitt--W
@ Syracuse--L
@ DePaul--W

You do realize that in 5 and a half years Norm has managed to win SIX road BE games. That is right SIX. Not a misprint SIX. One,two, three, four, five SIX road games in 5 and a half years. SIX road wins! You have him winning 3 of his last six.

SIX road BE wins in five and a half years.

SIX!

I see wins at Rutgers (maybe), either Louisville or Seton Hall at home, @DePaul, and one of Marquette/ Pitt.  I think South Florida's a much harder game once Gilchrist comes back, but winnable.  5 more wins.  Which puts this team on an interesting border of futility and in the position to make a decision... while possibly making the NIT.

Have you seen Rutgers?  They actually give up in the middle of games.  If St. John's loses to DePaul, you will see a fellow in a red "Fire Norm" shirt being restrained by his wife and friend yelling about how he's going to have Norm "finished."  If you can't guess, that will be me and I'll be taken to a holding facility.

You can't lose to DePaul.  You just can't.  And St. John's matches up well with them; Marquette's kind of small, and if you don't turn the ball over to them or give up offensive boards, they're beatable. Not to say St. John's would beat them, but I can see how they could lose to DePaul.

I will give you Depaul and Rutgers, even though I think that one will be close. Can't give another road win to him though.
