hard to get pissed of anymore when you have zero expectations.   37 point swing in second half.  you have to try to be that awful.

Dele must be very discouraged, getting 6 minutes of PT, despite a solid first half. As WVU obviouly took it to the rim more in second half, could he at least kept them honest. I am lost!

We play with everyone until the 10 minute mark or so.  When the intensity picks up we wilt.  You could see it in the team's body language as soon as WVU started making their run.  From the guys on the court to the guys on the bench.

We were outscored 49-17 in the last 15 minutes.  How does that even happen?

First thing out of Norm's mouth in the postgame was "we ran into a player that was hot."  That's true.  Well what about only scoring 60 points again.  He has done nothing to try and change that with the rotation he uses.  DOes Norm know what the word synergy means.  How about HOt as when Burrell was playing well and Norm takes him out.  TRy something to change whats going on with the offense.

Other thoughts....
-Nothing from Hardy for the second straight game.  DJ struggled as well.

-Prob the only team ive watched that fails more than succeeds on a fast break.

-Team Continues to have stupid fouls at the worst possible moments

-Also tired of watching people chuck up threes when we get the ball up quick and have no one under the basket.

also not sure how we couldn't take advantage of their 1-3-1.  There looked to be a lot of holes in that defense.  They were literally triple teaming the ball at the top of the key....and we still couldn't find anyone open.

Agreed, NOrm's answer to that one was we expected to see that but didnt attack the gaps like we should have.
Well do somethign abt it!

ON the positive side, Burrell looked great with the jumper and on the boards.

My friend from wv texted me at halftime saying that the johnny d was dictating the game. I told him wait for the second half.

Its a joke we lose in this way. Never for a second did I think wed lose by anything less than double digits.

This is an embarassment of a bball team and our coach is constantly outwitted outsmarted and outclassed.

Congrats to JB and Paris - nice games from both, esp Justin Burrell.  He has a smooth stroke and was aggressive going after boards today! I loved it!

Just got back from the game, us students got a few "Fire Roberts" chants going that were getting pretty loud.  During the first one, Omari shook his head in disgust and motioned for us to stop.  Other than that, totally expected outcome and another pathetic crowd.

The students were pretty loud with the "fire roberts" chants today....Redzone was in the skybox for this game, and someone told me he was in the bathroom in the skybox and heard the chants...not to mention we're right next to the bench. I felt bad for the players, they looked so defeated when we chanted it (which is the only reason why I would be against chanting about firing norm, but we did anyway)...some players got pissed, omari was signaling for us to stop chanting it when they were going into a huddle, and mason was telling us to shutup (someone said he heard him say "shut the #$%^ up")

After the game, we were told by redzone that it would be the last time we'd chant that this year, and that we'd be kicked out of every game we chant that. I told them we're not stopping and I'd love to see them kick us out for chanting "fire roberts" so I guess we'll see

Also, one of the assistant coaches texted one of the guys in redzone complaining about the students, complaining about the fire norm chants, saying if redzone wants to be good that we can't give up on the team and that we need to stick with them through the good and bad...1- what good?  2- he has no business texting the students about this  3- win and we wouldnt be chanting things like this

then at the end of the game, some of the cheerleaders and the cheerleading coach b*tched at us, saying that its so disrespectful what we're doing, that this is our school, we need to respect the school, etc etc...

this is all getting so ridiculous

I chanted. I'm a season ticket holder, and a donor.

I dare them to kick me out.

What is redzone?  I'm confused.   Don't stop!  They know the consequences of a public outcry.  It means all of their jobs.  Who cares what Mason says.  He's gone.

I'll be there on Thursday chanting away, I dare them to kick me out.  Also in regards to the text message, we have no chance of having what Monasch himself deemed the expectations for the season unless we win 4 straight in the BET so it's a little too late for us to help the team be good.  The only way we ever become good is if we get these clowns on the coaching staff out of their jobs.  I feel the reaction we got from the coaching staff is one of nervousness because let's face it if Norm goes, so does Q and I think Q wants to stay which means our chants were pretty successful.

Do not fear these a rear of a donkeys.

Stand your ground. Let all of them have it. And when I say all of them, I mean the administration. Maybe they need a riot for it to sink in.

God knows they'd deserve it.

Harrington wants a clean program? Give him something to be afraid of.

I could see where it could be possible (although against 1st amendment rights) kicking students out during games on campus. However, how could students who PAID MONEY TO WATCH this pathetic product at MSG be kicked out? Who and what is Redzone? Why are assistants texting during the game? If the players don't like it maybe they should have played better defense.

and the coach sent the text after the game
