Despite what we think should happen with the staff - and I don't believe they will win anything more than this game and vs. DePaul to get to 6 wins, which was a popular prediction before the season for this team - this game will be fun.  I always like to see Steon Hall eat it.

The Pirates show an indifference to defense similiar to the Irish.

The cheering, chants and catcalls from an inspired JJ play a major factor in the game.

I dont know why everyone think SH will beat us. They havent won a BE road game all year and have very few quality wins. There non conference schedule was a joke and I dont see what everyone else sees in them. I think we are slightly better and with us being at home we will win.

I think this is going to be an up and down game. Which means we are going to have to stay in control and not turn the ball over alot. I just can't see us doing that and am ready for a letdown. Don't get me wrong, I think we could win but its going to take some good play and controlling the tempo which we have not done well this year.
