I think he'd play the 3 in the NBA.
Remember the NBA isn't actual basketball,
so DJ won't be required to play any defense.

LOL...good one.   Too small for an NBA 3  (Lebron is a 3)

i think his best bet would be at the 2...he cant play the 3 in the nba with his frame...but, i would say his chances of playing pro ball right now, while they arent too minute to say impossible, are probably as good as maybe 30 or 40 other players around him...he hasnt built any name for himself...even mason was able to do that to an extent and build buzz around his game at one point in his career...when people talk about collegiate sf's idt too many would remember to list off dj at all

He is clearly a three.  He can play a little point-forward, he can hit the boards with anyone at that position.  I'm most worried about his defense and he is only a marginal NBA athlete.

He really needs to add 3-5% to his outside shooting.  He has to REALLY work on his defense as well as tighten up his handle.

Wish nuthin but the best. Thought he gonna be special from Day 1.

But its mad hard fo a 6'5" brother who is a jack of all trades but master of none to get into the league and stay. A lotta guys got that resume.

I think DJ is a great player but Choz is right. DJ will have become a much better shooter to have a chance in the NBA. If he can improve his outside shooting to go with his rebounding, passing, and ball handling skill he could be a fringe NBA player.

DJ entered the game yesterday with a 33.3% 3-pt percentage.  According to Yahoo Sports that was the same exact percentage he had both his freshman and sophomore year.  His shot attempts have really gone up, though.  Typically, more shot attempts mean more contested three's or at least a higher degree of difficulty.

That most likely means that DJ has improved his outside shooting.  He needs to be able to improve on his %.  I think that a good coach will limit the amount of three's DJ is allowed to take with his feet not set. 

It AMAZES me that Norm allows his players to shoot outside shots with their feet not set.  I would yank a player any and every time, irrespective of the result of the attempt, if he does not have his feet set.
