hewitt and norm aren't even comparable!!! 

if he's sucha bad coach how the hell has he won 20 games in the ACC 3 times?  and with siena he won 22+ 2/3 times.  norm would never be able to do that...

hewitt would be a very good 5th option....

Hewitt also came into a program that was successful its easier to keep the ball rollin than pushing the ball uphill

Hewitt is not a trillion times better than Norm and in no way is that a tribute to Norm...Hewitt is an upgrade but NOT the answer

We didn't balk at Hewitt, we desperately wanted him!  He was coming off a national title game appearance and did not want to leave!  He recommended Norm for the job!

Hewitt came into a .500 team and turned them into a 4 time NCAA team in 7 years.

Norm had a .500 team last year and now we are having the worst season in st. john's history.
