this is great that so many people are this excited and we are so far away from the season.  The recruiting period to me is almost as fun as the season.  Seeing again, that we are getting top notch players I almost want the first game here now.  I say almost because I do not want the spring and summer to end before it even really started.

Exactly we did not lose to Nike, but then again we are pretty much Nike on the east coast.  Arent we one of the original schools to be branded by Jordan with the Nike Uniforms?  I guess he felt hydration from Vitamin water was more important than getting some extra sneakers.

u conn is the top nike school on the east coast now and gtown is the only jordan school left in the big east i think

I find it very funny how quick people are to dismiss Steve Lavin as a coach. Dude made sweet 16 in 6 out of 8 years and had 20+ win seasons and he's terrible? Ha ha ha. Well terrible is a breathe of fresh air!

i like being on the other end of recruits decisions for once. its about time we hear some yes's.

this is definitely something i can get used to.

I'm told the Red Storm staff is no longer recruiting players, they are recruiting "future pros"...got to love that quote -Rothstein

Man people are fast to crush Lavin and SJU. We have not been good for the last decade but Lavin with an awesome staff will no doubt make us a contender in the Big East.  I wouldnt put too much stock into what other teams fans on the other side of the country have to say. When we start winning games and making the tournament every year then we will shut them up.
