Breakout player? Big East

Last year I thought it would be Jordan Theodore, maybe I was a year early. But this year Im going with Vincent Council, I like his game alot. Its a shame Jamine Peterson is a knucklehead, but all eyes will be on Council it seems now at Providence

EXACTLY Baldi --- this kid has been a good team player and has come along way in terms of maturation from the frosh year kid who complained at many calls w the refs.  He's ready to make the jump on the court with good coaching finally.  I think you'll see him get drafted, even if it's just the 2nd round, after Lavs, Dunlap, Chiles, and Hines get a year with him.

I would go with Joseph first because we saw how much progress he made in one summer. If Mookie was the better player, he would have played over him.

Mookie has a chance to start at the two guard, but let's be honest, all of us are hoping that the BE's breakout player is Justin Burrell. I hope Lavin sees how important it is to play him over Evans.

Mr. Brownlee

Interesting choice.... Care to elaborate why you feel this way?  I think brownlee has loads of potential he is big, can move and can shoot.  Last year he loved the three way too much.  If we could have got him the right shots I think he would have been a much better player for us.  I think with him and burrell it really forces the other teams bigs to play out on us and off this we can create great opportunities for pick and pops with both guys being able to hit the mid range jumper.  I can't wait to see some of these guys in a real offense.

I think he has a tremendous amount of skill on the offensive end.  He also has the athletic ability to be effective on defense.  The potential is there.  Let's see what the new staff can do in a short period of time with Burrell and Brownlee.

If Brownlee can get his 3 point shot going next year he could be a monster.

Actually I think that if Brownlee stops taking 3 point shots he will be a monster.
