 Better yet,  Moe decides to stay and play the 3 next year while Jakarr plays the 4.

Boo3 maybe you're right - this gives Moe an added incentive to stay - Branch at the 1 - D'Angelo at the 2 then Moe and JaKarr - and hopefully we land Obekpa at the 5

I can't remember the last time I was as shocked in a decision as I am in this one. No one was thinking Red Storm for Sampson

I saw that too and was confused. I figured a guy like snow would be more in the loop. it was no secret we were always at the top of Sampson's list

Great job by Lavin staying with Jakaar.  Very happy Jakaar decided to come back.  Wish him the best and hope he has a great career here.

Ive literally been watching jakarr's game tapes from the basketball diaries all night. Now he commits?! Who should I watch tomorrow lol.

FWIW the game im watching Jakarr is easily outplaying Noel from tilton. The #1 player in this class..

Not true. There is a reason why Snow got the scoop, he's a Brewster alum. He was very much in the loop. A lot of people were pushing JaKarr in opposite directions but JaKarr and his family wanted St. John's.

This helps in St. John's favor for Moe but ultimately won't prevent him leaving.
