He has averaged 22.3 points 12.0 rebounds 2.3 blocks.

He is 10-27 from 3 point line 37% clip which isn't bad at all.

He and his coach have said all year they wouldnt start visiting till the Spring.

That might be a good thing for us.  At this point, we aren't in a big hurry to fill that last scholly, so we can afford to wait for him to decide.

He ended up with 15 and 11 but was only 5-15 from the field.

Hit the game winner with 9 seconds left and went for 14 and 11 in a 1 point win.  Only went 4-14 though.  He plays tomorrow at 8:30 in the semifinals.  Video hasn't been archived yet.

They lost 90-72.  He had 7 points and 3 rebounds.  I believe they have 1 more game for 3rd place tomorrow.

Reached by phone, Nwora said God’s Gift was not close to making a college decision.

“He hasn’t even taken his visits,” Nwora said. We’re gonna finish up. We’re here to win a national championship. We’re not worried about anybody now.

“After we’re done we’re going to sit down ad see which schools he’s going to be visiting.”

Nwora said Cincinnati, St. John’s, West Virginia, Washington, Rhode Island and Niagara were in the hunt.

“Those are the ones that have really serious interest,” he said.

Kentucky has also shown interest.

“They’re still playing so they haven’t been out to see him,” Nwora said, “but they’re still interested.”

He was mentioned as unsigned but he was mentioned as a St.John's recruit in the NY Post.

I do hope he can hang and bang in the Big East. Those shooting percentages aren't encouraging.

They lost 102-98 in the consolation game.  He went for 25 and 14 but on only 6 of 18 shooting(12 of 14 from the FT though)

Not sure how in tuned Alex Kline is into the situation, but it seems you may not get your wish.

St. John's is looking to make scholarships available for 2012 stars Kyle Anderson & Ricardo Gathers, as well as God's Gift '11.

I've thought for the last month or so that God's Gift is ours to lose.  Going forward (towards the 2012 class), I'd definitely love to nab Anderson and Gathers.  A 2012 class of Anderson, Gathers and Thomas would be incredible.  Adding those guys to the 2011 class coud put us in a position to do some serious damage in 2012-2013.
