PS I don't see any reason Roscoe Smith should be eligible.  Rule states, a la Oriakhi, that the school must be ineligible for post season play for the remainder of your eligibililty in order to be able to transfer without traditional transfer penalties.  UConn's ineligible for one year, Oriakhi has one year left he can play.  Roscoe hasa two year's left, he can't.  Roscoe's from Baltimore so it's not a sick mother.  He should have to sit a year.

UCONN obviously very concerned if waiver granted, since it makes them vulnerable to another transfer. I agree that the request won't be granted. It would create further chaos.

The BE got rid of partial qualifier as a way to slowly destroy the conference.

Technically there is no such thing as a partial qualifier anymore.
