From what I heard during the game against westmont, Justin was suppose to return to practice this tuesday and coaches were going to bring him along slow but he was optimistic he would play in the 1st game.

My prediction for Justin is that by the end of the year he will surpass Norm for the most threads about him in SJU basketball posting history.Has too look like this:
1. Norm
2. Burrell
3. Mase
4. Geno
5. Larry Wright -all started by me

Also the broadcasters when talking about JB said he has been able to run and even has been shooting with the broken hand.  They made it sound like he just had to refrain from contact with the hand.  KOB probably knows much more about the situation though

I spoke with Burrell at the exhibition game, his cast was off but he told his his hand was a bit tender and sore.

He is going to the doctor on the 12th, tomorrow in order to get cleared for St. Marys

Lets hope the doctor clears him.

Who will guard Coach D's bat once JB is all healed up?
Seriously though hope he gets cleared for "Tuesday's" game.  A win over a Saint Mary's team, who last year were the bell of the ball in the tournament, would be a huge start for our season.
