I watched the Coaches vs. Cancer last week and the NIT Tip-off this week at MSG and the announcer mentioned Lavin and our recruiting class at least once during every game I saw. Vitale was saying how great our recruiting class was and how Lavin will have the Garden rocking again. Fran said how NYC players aren't going to be easy for others teams to get because Lavin is going to build a fence around the City. Its just great to hear our named mentioned even when we aren't playing. The positive press is off the charts and I just thought its a small thing to notice but its a big change in how we are viewed.
