Boothe or Stith?

I've seen this discussed in various topics and was curious as to what the majority of people think.  My vote goes for Boothe I just think he has more of a feel for the offensive schemes and isn't as prone to complete mental lapses.

Stith.   He's shown a lot of improvement and there is no reason to think it can't continue with playing time, and with that, confidence.

Boothe is pretty much the same guy who walked on campus as a freshman. We do need his leadership and toughness on the court.  I have zero problem with the way the pg minutes have been distributed so far this year.

In the Bonnies game, on two occasions Stith missed a wide open Paris and Burrell under the basket.  He doesn't see the floor as well as Boothe does---especially on the fast break.  However, Stith is more of an offensive threat.  Overall, I think Boothe is still the one I want running the team right now.  And Boothe should have been the point in there at the end of the game.

SimplyRed, exactly what I've been saying. He's improved but not as a pg. Boothe is a better all around player, and should be out there at this point.

Stith may actually wind up back on the bench next season if he can't distribute, go up strong and hit free throws.

Neither is a BE point guard. This whole argument is basically pointless. Whomever is playing best that particular game should play more. Does it really matter which one starts?

Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding!  We have a winner!  No need to add to this, as you summed up what I think about the situation.

We've had the most maligned guard combos in the past decade since Danny Ainge and Jo Jo White.
