What, no one's excited?  I think both Davidson and Northwestern are good challenges... and maybe a little bit beatable.

I went to the last two games. It was awful.
They have to show us that they've learned from these losses.

I wonder, do they even know why they lost?

DJ is our captain? What has happened to him? He's not playing his game.

Peter--the worst that can happen is we lose to St Francis in the early game on Tuesday evening

redslope, that is exactly right. It wouldn't be astonishing based on what we've done. St.Francis might actually be better than us.

We know Northwestern is.

I thought we played Davidson in the first round.

And when Davidson beats us, we'll face St.Francis.

Bring plenty of money for those 9 dollar beers. I was at the Knick game last night its brutal, the game was great but the beer prices killed me. As for the Holiday Festival I think we take care of business against Davidson but N'Western will be very tough if something doesn't change in our approach and quality of play.

Are you saying that a team coached by Glenn Braica is going to beat us?

Northwestern will be a real, real tough challenge and if they don't show anything against Davidson then they have no hope.

It seems like everyone is so distraught and disconnected from the team based on the 2 losses and the long layover since the last game.

That being said, they NEED a win worse than ever right now.

If they aren't 7-3 before BE play, it's over.

Who knows Gonzalo; every dog (terrier) has its day.  Don't for get he knows their strenghts and weaknesses.  his team has also won 5 in a row and lost to USF by 3 in their building.  Maybe he knew something about USF having watched them for a number of years.

for it to happen we have to lose to Davidson anf SFC to northwestern---or--- we both win on Monday setting up another battle of the City and we know what happened at Fordham.  Such a scenario would be like playing for a national championship for the SFC players.

These games are critical. There's a cloud over the heads of both the coaches and the players right now and this an opportunity for both to show they're worth watching this year. With the media and the fans snarling at their heels I would be surprised if we don't see a dramatic improvement in attitude and execution this week.

Two w's would fit this teams formula.  Just when you are ready to turn your back on them they make you believe again.  I think we win both games.  At the very least, they've shown that they play well in tournaments and in quick-turnaound games over the last two years.

I have been to mad to even read the board since the Fordham debacle. We have to beat Northwestern. Our Dream Team of coaches have had a week plus to focus on them. We have to win.
