CNN special on him Sunday at 8pm
When you're a kid from New York and you do it in New York, that lasts forever!

St. Patricks is going to try reopen next year. Not sure how but they're working on things.

As for Aquille going there, it's surprising, but the best thing for Aquille is to get out of Baltimore. I love Aquille. I've gotten to know him pretty well and he's really a good kid. He hasn't had the best guidance but he's working hard to be on the right path on and off the court. He's really improved on the court since the summer. Everyone in Baltimore coddles him and it's not good for him. Willard is exact opposite of that so I actually think it's a pretty good fit but still not convinced it sticks. I just hope for the best for Aquille because he's got a ton of potential.

I agree.

As for St. Patrick's apparently they are going to break away from the Newark Archdiocese and try to be a completely private school.  Not sure how they will get the funding fot his however.

From what I have been told they are either going to merge with another school or open the school on the campus of Kean University.

Carr is a tremendous player and will be special if he makes it to the Big East.

I love his game but I think he would be the perfect 6th man to inject energy off the bench.  Not sure he can handle being a starter at his size.

Someone described him to me recently as Nate Robinson but better, that is pretty damm good.

Same way I felt about Nate.  Perfect injection off the bench.  Starter- eh

Zags tweeting that he is headed back to Baltimore to be with his daughter.

I applaud him for wanting to be with his daughter but the chances of this kid seeing the SHU campus are minimal at this point.

Daughter while a junior in high school. He is a kid himself. Pretty hard trying to be a student athlete.

The inventor of the term "student athlete" deserves the PT Barnum award.

Nate is strong as an ox for a guy his size, though. Don't know enough about Carr to say whether he's close in that department, though.

Carr may wear himself out changing schools. BTW, Seton Hall being vigilant recruiting guards, knowing fragility of this situation.

I actually thought he decommitted already. Sadly, I don't care enough about him to scroll back a page to see where I thought I might have read that.

I don't think he ever plays in college, let alone SHU.

Law enforcement career unlikely.

He got knocked out (punched)  cold in a game the other day. Heard there is video of it somewhere
