Good Review Peter !  You said Gates gets easily winded and can't get down the floor.....Lavin says Burrell  is as as quick as any big in the country.....what an opportunity huh?.......Justin can run him into the ground......if they just hit it  to him, can make them pay. Him running hard with no ball won't do anything however.

Burrell running hard with ball = walk, bobbled ball or the other team ripping it out of his hands
Its called a PASS........why do you fight against a good pass.......better than Boothe dribbling off his foot or players  throwing those cross court passes from 3 to 3 line into the stands.(my personal favorite).  ....If you watch the game.......watch Justin run downcourt and count the missed opportunities.....its best to do that with DVR  to watch possessions. I will take getting the  ball to our  top FG % player everytime over the alternative.  Have you played basketball other than grade school?

One can only hope they continue to be respectful guests in the home of other Big East foes; they have not proven to be road warriors and we are their third in a row in a week.  Kirkpatrick seems to be rounding into playing shape; maybe a start for him in front of his home folks.  if Cronin is smart, he should start him and go with a 3 guard/2 forward lineup (use Bishop and Gates up front).  Last year's 2 point game could be replayed this year although that will do nothing for my agita as I sit in Alumni Hall--gonna bring the Rolaids!

Make a lot of noise in the "Jungle".  we need to drive and get to the FT line and defend the 3 to win.
