Man I hope we play in the DC region like it says on ESPNs bracket. I would be there in a heart beat and I know a lot of other SJU fans would make that trip.

I agree Wods317.  I have taken off the thursday and friday for the first couple of rounds.  I am hoping they go to DC but even more for Tampa.  However, I am going no matter where, just closer would be nicer.

Has us in Tucson as a 5 seed against Missouri State.  Vandy with the 4 seed and Ohio St. with the 1 seed.

Joe just put out his new brackets on ESPN.  Good news we are still a 4 seed!
And the draw got better for SJU.

1st Round game against PRINCETON.
Then a matchup with ARIZONA in the 2nd Round.

Living in Seattle and having to watch terrible Pac Ten basketball allseason we matchup well against the Cats.

Palm has us as a 5 seed in DC to play against a play-in game winner of Colorado St. or Michigan with North Carolina as the 4 seed.  I'm hoping we can be put with a weak 2 seed like San Diego St. so I wouldn't mind getting a 6 seed.

BTW He dropped BYU all the way to a 4 seed after the NM loss.

Palm still has us as a 4 seed.  Matched with Texas A&M as a 4.

How crazy would that be if they sent two schools no more than 25 miles apart to freaking Arizona haha

If we played that Iona team, we'd win by 30. They don't play hard.

I hope we get a 4 seed.  There seems to be quite a dropoff from the 12 to 13 seeds.

With no games left Lunardi has us as a 6 seed and Palm has us as a 5 seed.  Our RPI is 23 which is right around a 6 seed.  I can definitely see the committee trying to pair us with Purdue as a 3 seed.  I wouldn't mind missing that dreaded 5/12 matchup.

Losing DJ hurts, but Polee isn't going to be playing a BE team in the first two rounds. He'll be better against the girls in the weaker conferences. Only the Big 10 can compete with us physically.

If we get anything less than a 5 seed the committee would be committing a crime. Why treat them with respect? We didn't have to tell anyone DJ's status. It's actually none of their damn business.

I like Lunardi's projection of #5 seed playing in San Antonio today, much more than the #6 seed yesterday
