Who will be at senior night? Roll call!

Tha Kid would not miss it for the world.  I feel like we have grown wi this team, and have struggled and endured with them.  The bandwagon is great - i love st johns getting more attention and the city being excited about the games, but all the die hards i hope get to this game if you are in the area and can.  Dave, kob, baldi, carmine, wasju, peter, rshf, poison, theo...hell mjdinks, i think you need to fly up here (just kidding, my man) - and thats just a handful of guys from  the jungle alone.  Plenty of beb'ers and redmen.comers need to be there too, as well as the many other jungle fans who i have not mentioned cuz i cant mention all of u (really the guys im listing are the ones ive been posting w for 3 plus years, before jungle even existed). 

We all deserve this season and resurgence, but most of all, the kids deserve it.  I know the house will be packed, but lets pack it with us so theres a really rowdy ovation as these kids really really deserve it.

Tha kid and little tha kid (brother) will def be there goin crazy.  Who else will?

Also, maybe im biased, but id love a starting lineup of Boothe, Horne, Kennedy, Evans, and Burrell.   Not to diminish hardy or brownlee aduating, but start the guys that have been here four years as a nice extra gesture.  Thats what i'd do.

Coach q is a substitute teacher at my bro's hs and my former hs, and runs some bball clinic i think around here too.  Hes close enough to make the trek.  Maybe ill see if my bro can find out if he is going.

So defensive. I was just pointing out something that was written over 3 months ago that I thought you'd enjoy reading.

this will be my 30th in the last 31 years and I feel this will be the most special of the all.  No other group of seniors had to endure so much to achieve the success that these future alumni have. they truly deserve our thanks for leading our team out of the wilderness

sucks that spring break starts the day before, i fear theres going to bee alot of open spaces in the students section

Ha dave if i came off as defensive its bc you came off as pushing the jungle articles and acting like i need to read more.  Two way street brotha.  Was def an interesting article tho putting some specifics to the general stuff i knew.  You have done an amazing job w is site, but not every post of yours has to refer us to previous articles.  The point in this thread is senior night.  Got any comments?

You say pushing. I say informing and making aware. That's what this website was founded upon. Making all of us into a better 6th Man. I don't think you'd be here if you didn't want to be informed and aware of everything regarding St. John's basketball.

Unfortunately I will not be at senior day. My cousin is getting married that day. I'm really bummed about it. I think everyone should be at that game and make it so there is standing room only.

That is too bad as you have done great things w this site to encourage excitement in the program, esp w the younger portion of the fan base.  But family comes first.  I hope they have a tv there for you.

These guys have put a spring in my step and I have to be there to say thank you.

According to Fratto's twitter it will be a blackout on Saturday.  So I guess we will be wearing black. 

idk about it being black out night, but i do know its lavin bobble head giveaway night. im pretty stoked about that.
