dude..norm needs to say more @ practice than 'try harder'......i just cannot explain how a team takes the momentum of a 3 game win streak and ends up with a performance like that tonite.

HE is a captain because he is a great team player.  A captain doesn't mean you are the best player on the team or even a starter.  Have you seen Thomas on the bench ?  He shows more emotion than everyone put together.  I think if everyone on the team cared as much as he did we would be alot better team.  The kid is dealing with injuries and is not the most athletic but give me a break he deserves to be captain.  He could have easily packed it in with Q and gone somewhere when he saw the freshman but he is sticking it out and still motivating and supporting his teamates.

Does that mean Larry will be a captian next year?  Would that mean Norm will give him what he sees as an excessive amt. of playing time which would actually mean he'd play his deserved amount?
