He couldn't be Robin at Seton Hall.  He'd need to be Batman and call in Superman for reinforcements.

I will now attempt to make the geekiest comparison ever made on this board:

He'd be passing to Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, and the Flash here.

At Seton Hall, he'd have the Atom, Hawkman, Red Tornado, and Black Canary.

I'll swap her out for Firestorm then. I always thought he was kind of a tool.

Lav's in the house this AM!  He, Hines and Chiles are currently watching Anderson (Playaz vs. Albany City Rocks).  I knew Kyle had a very, solid game on last night, but  didn't know Kyle posted a triple-double.  Ran into Zags this morning and he told me Kyle's stat line.  Kyle also walked past me this AM and gave some "dap."     By the way, Gathers also played solidly on last night.  He was an intimidating presence on the defensive end.  Blocking and altering shots.  He's just a manchild in the hole.  He had a few thunderous, rim-rocking dunks on last night.  Looking forward to watching him later this AM.   We gotta nab these kids!  Take care, folks!

Yup all 3 watching.  That is why I know that the rule is just that only a max of 3 coaches can be on the road at any one time.  But that does not preclude all 3 from being at the same event if they choose.  Which means Dunlap is currently not on the road.

BTW-Some interesting notes from scout.com.  Apparently Hines and Chiles were watching both DaJuan Coleman (long considered to be down to UK and Syracuse with Ohio St third) and 2013 California product Jordan Bell:

DaJuan Coleaman drew head coaches from Kentucky and Ohio State. Also Syracuse went three deep on him while St. John’s brought a pair of assistants.

Jordan Bell had head coaches from UCLA, Arizona, and Washington State. Also assistants from St. John’s, USC, Oregon, Washington, and San Diego State were keeping close tabs.

Bell's name popped up briefly last year.

Zags tweeted that Lavin, Hines and Chiles are on one end and Norm Roberts on the other end for the Playaz game.  Oh the irony.

BTW-I do know that Kyle's family has deep respect for Norm as he began recruiting him when he was at SJU.  He is the biggest reason why Florida and not say Arizona made his top 5 cut.

I'd love to land a guy like Coleman because it would enrage the Syracuse fan base who almost expects him to be wearing Orange from Day 1.

Reliable sources believes the Johnnies are in very good shape to land both Gathers and Anderson.  But, it's gonna be a more "dogfight" for Kyle's services.

Coleman is on the City Rocks with Ledo, right?  I guess it can't hur to have Lavin and two staff members also watching Coleman.  That shows a little love even if he wasn't the #1 target.

Yes, Coleman is on City Rocks with Ledo.  Coleman's team doesn't get him involved enough, if you ask me.  Coleman somewhat had his lunch handed to him against CP3's, Brice Johnson, on yesterday morning.  Johnson was coming up big snaring key offensive rebounds after key offensive rebounds.  He never backed down from Coleman.  He's a kid not far from my neck of the woods and he's been playing some solid ball at the Peach Jam.

The few times I've seen Coleman it seems like he needs to be pushed and shoved to bring the best out of him.  Like he lays in the weeds and waits for someone to challenge him and then he gets going.  But at his size on the HS level its tough to stay motivated when the ppl he plays are so much smaller.  But on big stages like Peach Jam he needs to really bring it.

He  (Coleman) also plays with a volume shooter in Ledo.  As, much as I like Ledo, I still think he comes off somewhat as a chucker.  I also meant to add that Gathers's team should've won, at least, 2 games at this juncture of the tournament.  Louisiana Select blew two games (one on last night and one this morning) due to their lack of guard play.  Poor, sloppy ballhandling done 'em twice.  I saw Ricardo's dad get pretty ticked on last night that he had to walk off for a few minutes.  His mother just had a sarcastic laugh and looked at me with astonishment in their poor ballhandling on last night.  I ran into both of 'em after Select's loss from this morning and she was like (paraphrase), "Did you see us blow it again?"  LOL

I don't know how often Ledo plays with City Rocks but no question Ledo is a chucker.  He will shoot from anywhere.  Saw him at the Rumble and he crossed half court and was shooting.  If he's on watch out.  If not it gets ugly real fast.
