The team he is on is BG Göttingen.  Also on that team is Dwayne Anderson from Nova.

Went on their website and a picture and article on Paris pops up.  Don't read German but I think they're describing him as an athletic, team-oriented defensive stalwart.  Sounds about right, and, wait till they see him throw a few down.  :) 8)

Here is a translation of the article from the team website...

An athletic guard with excellent defensive qualities, BG Göttingen committed: Paris Horne. The American begins at the violets his professional career. Previously, he worked four years for the basketball team at St. John's University actively.

Horne's playful qualities are quite to the liking of head coach Stefan Mienack BG. "Paris is a very strong-willed players. He opens the box, the small but important things. In the offensive are his speed, the train to the basket and his game in the Fastbreak essential to our success. He is the ultimate team player. "

These qualities proved to the Guard, born in Philadelphia in each of the four years at St. John's University. 2010/2011 marked Horne averaged 7.9 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.6 assists.

He can act alongside his good defense and strong performances on offense, illustrates a view of Horne's second year of college. Here, he scored 14.6 points / game. With a total of 148 three-pointers, he also stands in second place all-time best list of St. John's (along with Felipe Lopez).

As far as I can tell, Louis Dale from Cornell is on the team. Not sure that Dwayne Anderson still is.

Paris will be joined by Duquesne's Damian Saunders, who's also really talented: http://www.rep-am.com/articles/2011/07/25/sports/hoopzone/573566.txt

From what I gather this league has a low budget but produces a lot of talent/competition. It's a good look for Paris.

Wonderful for Paris but the other side of my brain hears the drumming and thinks of Leni Riefenstahl's Triumph of the Will

Paris is such a great athlete and defender. He has also become a very good ball handler and his shot has become a real weapon compared to when he first stepped on campus. Paris has a lot of ability I can seem him really getting better and better with his work ethic.

seems like a really fun environment as well. The fans look to be really into it.

It would have been great to have Paris around this year with these kids. Such a hard working kid and has a great attitude. Improved overall throughout his sju career.

*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.
