Texas Southern loses by 1 because fans came on the court at the end of regulation causing 2 tech free throws at the beginning of OT.....ouch.

That's why fans ought not to storm the court.  Lame.

The last chance I had to storm the court was back when we won the NIT.  I didn't, but many students did.

Congratulations!  We were deemed the 65th best team in the country (there wasn't a play-in game at the time, if memory serves me correctly).  It was a nice run we had with Marcus Hatten leading the charge.  We beat UVa (ironic) in the early rounds and had big wins over Texas Tech and Georgetown to win the tourney.  Georgetown was led by the former Knick...the one and only Michael Sweetney.  Unfortunately, since I've been going to games, there hasn't been much to cheer about.

Although a fan, I didn't attend any games prior to their Elite-8 run.  I started as an undergraduate student the next year and we've been on a downward spiral ever since.

Maybe it's my fault?

i understand why the technical was given, but i dont agree with it.  just get the kids off the court and keep playing. i really dont like hurting a specific team on the scoreboard because their fans aren't exactly the sharpest tools in the shed.

i've never stormed the court but it's fine when the game is over..  not when the game is tied and going into OT.

i'm a bit torn about the tech being called.  i understand why, and i'm not really sure if it should have been or not.
