I say Zone them up with extra care to Smith.  Maybe let Pointer stick in his grill all night, try and frustrate him.  If he shoots well, we are doomed.

Smith has the green light coming off the bench, he'll get his shots. Tough task for Pointer imo

Why?  I'm don't know much about Smith.  Is he too small, quick for Dom?

He's 6 foot buck 60, but gets to the hoop at will. I can see Pointer in some foul trouble if its his job to check Smith

Kuric will give us fits from the outside as well.   Siva isn't a great shooter, but Smith and Kuric could really destroy our zone in a hurry.

What does everyone think the attendance will be like for tomorrow?  I'm guessing around 9K.

Rick Pitino was in attendance tonight at Manhattan College in the Bronx to watch his pupil Jasper Head Coach Steve Masiello.  MC got thumped big-time to the upset minded Rider Broncs. (85-77)

Hopefully Rick's NYC visit will continue to be a losing proposition.

I thought Russ Smith to Louisville was a reach but he's playing well. At one point I would have said pass on him while Norm was coaching.

Russ Smith looked like a chucker against Kentucky...he obviously scored a lot but while I watched he missed everyone.

That's a tough one.  If it's under, then we lost.    I'll say over, but not by much.   We had 10 against UCONN I think, so maybe we hit some of those open jump shots guys were given, and that gets us to 13.

We need to get out on the break against these guys whenever possible. Can't get good shots in the halfcourt against their D.

Strong start...our matchup zone looks improved.  Would like to get GG some down-low touches, altho i should be careful what i ask for.

Pessimistic add-on:  there is zero atmosphere in the garden tonight.

Looks like were in the midst of another offensive-funk...does this team practice against a zone at all?

Boo- im not at the game but if i muted my tv there wouldn't be much of a difference.

Louisville is VERY beatable.  We have to start hitting shots.
