Please, God, tell me we play them again next year. If we do, we will run them out of the Garden.

I think today these guys stoped being freshmen and became sophmores.  Certainly is the case for Moe and D'angelo

I'm not usually someone who praises my team for a loss -- but I'm very proud to call myself a St. John's fan after that performance. Yes, the game still goes down as an L. But those kids today played as hard as they possibly could and really made a tough team in Duke battle down the stretch.

Listen, I don't know whether Harkless and Harrison try to test the waters after this year. To be honest, it's not even worth talking about too much because there is a lot of season left to play. But if they decide to stick around for the long haul, this is going to be a very good team next year when you add a possession point guard in Branch and some big men in possibly Sampson, Gathers, and/or Obekpa. And when I say that, no disrespect to Phil Greene at all -- as far I'm concerned, he is a huge part of our future and I look forward to seeing him when he moves back to his natural two guard position out there. I know sometimes I always seem so doom and gloom, but I can't help but take away great things from this game. Hold your heads high boys and my message to Lavin: Get some big boys in here and let's take the next step towards being a national power.

So proud of the second half effort.  I did not see that coming when we were down by 22.  These kids do not back down!  I love it.

Harrison?  No way.  He will be a 4 yr player.  No knock on him but think Scotty Reynolds who I think might have tested after Jr year but still came back.

Loved the fact that Harkless slammed the ball at the end of the game. His smoothness hides his heart and desire at times it seems.

Damn these kids had me amped up today.  Down 22 in the second half and they couldn't have been playing harder...hitting the the floor, beating DUke to loose balls, fighting for boards, D'ing up.  Phil Greene is going to be a BEAST defensively.  That kid covers so much ground and his arms are freakishly long for his size.

D-Lo scored something like 8 straight.  Cook and Rivers looked like the 3rd and 7th best freshman on the court today.  What a game.  We had ourselves another glimpse today....down 22 in the second half to a top ten Duke team at Cameron and to get it down to four is just unreal.
