Maybe it's the Mets fan in me, but my favorite thing this season has been to watch 3'Angelo fight his way to the single-season record for three-pointers made.
Only a few weeks ago, 3'Angelo getting that record looked unlikely. Then he went on a barrage. Now he sits at 61 treys made on the season. Somehow he is shooting 38.1% from deep--which is higher than I pegged him for as a frosh. We have seven guaranteed games left for Harrison to best the mark of 72 made three-pointers. As it stands we'd either player Rutger or Nova in the first round, so another game or so is not too unlikely.
Also, 3'Angelo is already higher than Mullin's freshman average of 16.6 and is just 77 points away from besting Mullin's freshman total point mark. Is Mullin our all-time freshman leader n points?
