Just my opinion, but I doubt he would say that he's so confident about this class if he didn't already have some sort of verbals from recruits.

Great game today.  Harrison continues to amaze me.  That play where he jumped back in bounds and threw the ball off of UCLA was awesome.

Great job by Dom slashing to the hoop today.  Harkless had a tough matchup today but he can rebound...great hands.  Amazing tip by Greene.

And oh yeah UCLA fouls a lot.

Man some of you is straight up silly and sad.

Y'all have NO idea how much bangin Moe did today wit a frontline that's taller, heavier and got a hella lot mo muscle than anytin St. John got.

And Moe was battlin like a momofuku down there.

Serious. Some y'all show time and time and time again that y'all know nuthin bout this game.

We're any recruits in attendance?
I didn't get to read the whole thread so my apologies if it was already covered.

Marillac, I posted positively about Greene in regards to the tip

on the one play, he made a silly decision but overall he's done more than anyone could have hoped at the point

thanks for your contribution

Greene has shown the greatest improvement from beginning of season.

I did not get that from this thread, and think most see Mo doin the dirty work.

And some of you think Mo is the whole team because he is a local and that sad.

Great job by Dom slashing to the hoop today.

Dom just has to get out of his own way...he has the ability...when he's confident he attacks...when he isn't, he gets a bit passive...just wait until the "switch turns on"...he will spell big time trouble for opponents...

Great effort by a very under-manned team.  I don't think they'll have much left for their next game so lets enjoy this hard fought enjoyable victory while it lasts.

Haha, it's impossible for this guy to post positively about this team.

Our AZ Alumni group had picked this game earlier for our February gathering and we were all glad we did.  Boy, we had our watering hole rocking at the end of the game.

Many of us did a road trip last year to UCLA to see our team play.  What impressed me (or disappointed me the most)  last year was the ability of UCLA's Smith to seemingly score at will.  His feet never seemed to leave the floor but he caught passes near the hoop and dunked w/o leaving the floor, or so it appeared.  We had no defense for him in 2011.

This year I thought it was going to be deja vu when he had three dunks early.   Did Coach D. finally figure out how to keep the ball away from him?

Today we had very short scoring droughts.  That was a problem we had all last year.

It was my first view of this year's team.  I was impressed by their athletic ability.  They seemed to lack the height of UCLA, but either rebounded or pushed the ball around for second or third tries.

While Moe's 3-14 shooting was not up to par, he appeared to be in the mix of so many plays.  He and the rest of the guys must be exhausted after the game.

We could not hear what Coach Lavin was talking about, but from some of the posts here it seemed that he focused on confirming, again, that he will be back on the bench next year.
