Ryan was very much under-utilized and under appreciated, he was a 6-5 solid built lefty who could put it on the floor and stroke it, and hustled his tail off. After his sju term he went on too put up 30 + in a plethora of pro -am leagues and a brief stint in Japan and also displayed how athletically gifted he really was during a couple summers on the and1 tour lol but Long story short Norm hampered a lot of talent when he was running the show. Just look at hardy's transformation from junior to senior year.

Williams had a chance to play. A brief one, but he did. His shots just weren't falling. I liked his hustle. If we had 4 guys that could score, Williams could been like a Paris Horne for us w out the jumper.

Ryan is an incredible athlete but, unfortunately, he had no perimeter game.  He would have done well in Lavin's up-tempo offense but he couldn't much damage in Norm's slow down half court offense.

Ryan hit his fair share of 3's.  Ryan was 11 for 26 from 3 in 04/05.  It shows him 0 for 10 in 05/06

Norm had a offensive system?  I must have missed that
