We have made one NCAA appearance in the last 10 years while most of the teams have won one if not more championships and a bunch of finals fours. We are closer to them now then we have been in years but we aren't close and frankly I don't think we will ever be them. We don't have the facilities or money to be those schools but I think we can a top 25 team most years and make some a few runs at a final four with Lavin at the helm. If we pull recruits like we are now who are top 50-100 guys we will be a very good team for the future.

It's not a mystery that St. John's has had some interest in him but he isn't a certainty at this point.
