So basically it confirms what we all thought, that kids get tired of the same questions and throw random answers out there sometimes to see how people react.   Doesnt surprise me.   Just gotta keep that in mind when I read things.

That's definitely the truth.   Plus in some ways recruiting is starting to fit the old saying about how no one wants to see how laws are passed or sausage is made.   I'm starting to feel that way about recruiting.  Love to see the product on the floor, but I'm starting to think I'd rather not know about the process.
Lavin does things cleanly, but between the coaches who cheat and the 17 year olds that have to be pampered... I like knowing who we're getting; but I'm beginning to think ignorance is bliss about the process.

I would just say people shouldn't get too high or too low.  The process can be fun as a fan.  As long as its handled in moderation.

I think Moose is onto something...  The new slogan for the recruiting threads could be

Recruiting = Jameson.   Fun in moderation.
