Heard this morning from a tutor on the team that the girls did not take this news very well. The term "feeling of abandonment" was used.

You would have to think Jennifer Rizzotti at Hartford is high on the list for any Big East school looking tio make a hire.

Not a big fan of this move. St Johns on brink of being in that category of a constant tourney team and don't like going with unproven assistant.

Respectfully disagree. There are maybe 15 coaches in the country that are elite in women's hoops. STJ was never coming close to paying someone in that category. KBA was paid well here. She went for more, nothing wrong with that. This hire keeps current team and momentum going forward which is key.
