Game sort of took a turn for the worst the last 7 min. of the half. We are showing our youth right now.

Phil looks much improved but he needs to give up the damn ball he is forcing things way too much.  Harrison needs the ball and we need to get Jakarr an easy bucket to ease his nerves

No ball movement, running at 100 MPH and just jacking up shots. Getting crushed on the boards too. Gotta settle in this half

Sloppy.

Our ball handling and shot selection are poor. Also, we are playing soft.

Branch better be good, because we need a sure ballhandler badly.

Harrison desperation shot at the buzzer misses.  37-29 at half.  They are lost in the half court for the most part.   Pointer and Sampson forcing it, and it was contagious as Phil started trying to force some action late.  St John's defensive rebounding was pretty bad.  Lots of put backs or put back attempts for Det.  Nobody bodies up when the shot goes up for Det.  Just my 2 cents.

St johns has ZERO points off fast breaks or turnovers. Story of the game.

D'Lo needs to get more involved and just more PT in the second half. He wasn't on the court for most of that Detroit run. Really think we needed a go to scorer during that ugly stretch to settle us down.

greene needs to force...he's the only scorer on the court.  he had an excellent first half.  i don't usually question the coach, but we need harrison out there.  we need another scorer on the floor.  sampson will be alright, but he clearly has first game jitters.  hopefully he'll calm down for the second half.  i don't know if that side of the court is wet, or if its an equipment problem, but i see a lot of our guys sliding on offense.  did anybody else notice that?

Garrett seemed to be playing well and was  poised while everyone was out of control, but he seemed to disappear late in the half.

It looked like we showed zone for a bit. Mostly man though. Whatever defense it is, it's ugly.

We can't guard Ray McC. Wasn't Dom a fierce defender in high school? He had that rep. So far he hasn't slowed down Ray at all.

JaKarr has to shake off the jitters and play like the guy we know he can play like.
