I'm not happy with what I saw defensively at all.  One good thing with new guys is they usually start the first game pretty strong before they start overthinking things out there.  Hopefully Jones and Obekpa can give us enough to let the vets bring it home for us.

I saw a lot of super athletes with lapses in defensive footwork that will cost us against better teams.  I think we should be able to outscore some opponents while we're working on that however.

I agree the defense is cause for concern.   Honestly I didn't like what I saw from Amir and Dom, and they're supposed to be leading us on the defensive end.

The start time of this game sucks. ( I understand why it's what time but sucks nonetheless ) big time pain in the @ss getting leaving the office for it. I wonder what attendance is going to be like

It's part of ESPN's 24 hours of college basketball for people who have nothing better to do.

I think this will be the highest attended student game of the year.  It sucks for the rest of us, though.

I know you haven't been around campus much but the past few years the students have had some very big turnouts for CA games.  I think the crowd overall will be bad for this game but later in the year especially for BE games at CA the students will come out real strong.

I work nights so I'll be there.

The second this game was announced, I put in for the day off.  Fortunate to have a lot of vacation time built up, so I will be there.

I actually had planned to take the time off also as I have alot of time built up.  However, the storm has caused me to take on extra duties and it does not look like I will be able to.
