Hope we are in it, rather than just being a "host";

“@BigEastMBB: The Big Dance heads to the Big Apple! BIG EAST/St. John's to host NCAA Basketball at Madison Square Garden in 2014: http://t.co/vBCc7Ici

Does that mean we can play there or we can't?

Pretty sure we can't - isn't that how it works?

Is MSG though considered our home court?

To your point, however humorous;

“@tsnmike: 50 states in the union, and somehow North Carolina had early NCAA site 11 times in past 15 years. Not small advantage for Heels, Devils.”

Going forward though with new arenas in Brooklyn, and Newark, and with a renovated MSG - there's a pretty good chance there will be an opening round in the tri-state area on a regular basis you would think.  No?

I believe if you play 3 home games at an arena you can't play there in NCAA.  Duke and NC don't play more than 1 or 2 home games there (and sometimes 0).  Just ACC tourney.

Is Cuse hosting the 2015 East Regional in their Dome?  Maybe Johnnies return to Final Four in that giant dump.
