See our good friend Nuri torched them for 26 the other day.

See he is averaging 1 assist to every 2 turnovers.

On the bright side he has hit some 3 pointers.

I would expect our guards to go off vs. the Gamecocks. 

Can't come out of the gate lolly gagging vs an SEC team. Even if they are a low level SEC team, they still have talent, and I'm sure size as well.

also a coach who wants to recruit the NYC area.  He will be bringing SC back to the city (Barkley Center) to play Manhattan on 12/22.

He can enjoy getting PSAL kids like Thad Hall.  Not what I'm looking for to elevate STJ.  Wish them nothing but the best.

SC has a 6'11", 250 lb Lithuanian big man who will be eligible beginning Thursday.  Great timing. 

Good news is that, thus far, they have not rebounded that well and have played precisely zero tough games.  Pomeroy has them at 146 (not great for an SEC school with a 5-1 record).  We should win this game.

They should have played Rutgers in the challenge. It would have been priceless to see him and Rice outdo each other for over the top behavior.

Yes, I fully expect the student section (especially the side closer to the visitor's bench) to be in top form on Thursday night, if you know what I mean.

He just looks real pissed off on the bench the entire game.  Should be worth the price of admission.

I just hope the school nickname jokes don't happen.
