Now that I think of it, Harrison will be missed on the boards big time.  He was a very good rebounding guard and that may have something to do with it.

Ill take the halftime lead. Need Marco to hit a couple jumpers in the second.
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

I'm shocked he hasn't played more today.

Might be tough to hit shots from the bench

He's missed every shot he took.  Hopefully, he comes out and hits a few early in the 2nd.

Overall it was a decently well rounded effort on offense.  The only complaint would be some of Sampson's forced shots.  Also it would be nice if Borgault didn't get yanked the first time he misses his shot.  Amir's missed free throw's drive me bananas;  i don't know why he's not confident at the line.  He should be better at it.    I liked Branch's passing.  Greene also played under control.  Our team passing was pretty solid too.

Defensively, I think we we played decently - we just somehow got to not give up these offensive rebounds - it almost seems like the whole team pinches in, and the rebounding ball just goes over all their heads.

Branch made three one-handed passes from center field that were right on target. He looks healthy and confident. Needs to start hitting shots.

I hate the quick hooks he gets. Let him get into a groove.

But if he hit the shots he wouldn't have been yanked. He's not the only one missing assignments.

So has every player on the floor at some point. Marco misses 2 shots and is pulled. I don't get it. This team needs his 3point threat and now more than ever without Dangelo

Worst problem - Pointer with three fouls. He won't be able to play his game.

Good move by Lav putting him back in with 2 fouls. He lasted all of 45 seconds

Garrett needs to convert some of the inside dishes he receives and putbacks. Realize he is going up against bigger guys but he needs to learn how to go right up...needs to learn that he doesnt need to touch his shoes before going up...

Offensively, our ball movement has been much, much better.  Don't know if this is a function of not having D'Lo or just having an aggressive Branch.  We need more scorers out there.  Thst's where Sanchez would have helped up front.  We miss D'lo's scoring.  Overall though, playing pretty smart ball for the most part and moving the ball well on offense.

Branch will be fine at the PG spot for us the next 2 years.  Made some absolutely amazing passes today.  Needs to get his dribble a little closer to his body.  I'd like to see more Marco the second half with our shooting "issues".
