Poison, no offense, but you continue to miss the point.  The a-10 and the BE are nowhere near equals.

You made that statement.  If your defense of this  is that "VCU would take our lunch money", you are arguing a different point entirely. VCU would beat us...  Has nothing to do with what your original point was.

VCU beat Marquette. Temple beat SU. St.Joe's beat Notre Dame. We are leagues better than the A10 in our own delusional minds.

I think we'd be 5th in the A-10.

We are about as good as UMass, Xavier, St.Joseph's and Dayton. LaSalle, VCU, Temple, Butler, St.Louis, and maybe Charlotte are all better than us.

Can someone explain to me how beating Seton Hall, Depaul, Rutgers & USF is worthy of more credit than beating GW, Fordham & Rhode Island? What's the difference?

No. I'll give you Butler, VCU, and St. Louis. Possibly La Salle and Xavier. But no way is a team that has fewer or the same amount of A10 wins than we have BE wins better than us. Those schools don't have to play G'Town, Syracuse, Marquette, UConn, 'Nova, ND, Pitt, Louisville and Cincy. I'm sorry but the two conferences are not in the same discussion.

So the Temple team that beat SU at MSG doesn't get any respect?

My point is we would have a few more wins if we played in the A10. I'm really not sure how you can dispute that.

You're disagreeing that Depaul, Rutgers, Hall and USF are equal to the bottom feeders in the A10? They absolutely are equal. It's the same thing.

They are not.  You have no clue.  And the grind of the Big East night in and night out is not even remotely close to the A-10.

Our shit is better than their shit. Yea, I have no clue.

There is no "ours" and I think it is time to take your own advice and SHUT UP....

So, based on Poison's arguments, the Big East will be stronger next year when we replace the departing teams with the top A-10 teams.

You can take it a step further the Big 10 is the best conference.

Just  because PSU and Nebraska and Northwestern were bad does not mean they would be equally bad in the A-10 or that the conferences are comparable.

Take the top 3 teams in the BE and they were 10-1 against SHU, DePaul and USF.  That's the point.

Northwestern might be a little better than Seton Hall, and Seton Hall might be a little better than GW, but it's minimal. You're arguing that our shit is actually not shit, when it certainly is.

And Butler beat Indiana which means they would win at least 14 in the Big 10 and UCONN beat Mich State and you just wet your bed so what do all 3 of those things mean?

Poison, even if you were close to right, it would be because you use a year the BE down for what the BE has been, and the new A10 had a real nice year. You wanna go on about how the A10 would be beaten us up the last couple of decades. I'm sure you know your hoops, but it kinda gets lost because it's so obvious you would rather be irritating then partake in some good hoops talk.

They are just as good.

And Butler is as good as Indiana which means a 6 loss A-10 team would win the Big 10 outright.

In Poison's defense, I don't think he does this to irritate or troll. Baldi and others do that. Poison is a true st. john's fan who just like to to insult them a lot because they piss him off so much...if that makes any sense..

Like what you did to the girl in 6th grade that you had a crush on....
