Not only isn't Marco a "pure" shooter, but his grandmother can take him off the dribble.  Guys feet are stuck in cement... yet, most here cry why he hasn't been used more this year...

He can shoot.  He's having a bad day and his minutes are driving that point home.

And not everyone can be everything.  What he brings in smarts and shooting he lacks in speed and quickness.  Like in baseball there aren't many 5 tool players.  You have to accept the positives and negatives of everyone and best utilize them.

He's barely shooting 30% from three, and that was before today.  Maybe he's a good shooter in a game of horse.  Nothing else about his game even remotely stands out as a positive...

When he comes in the game the other team knows what he's going to do.  If we had other legit offensive options he would have better looks and hit at higher clip.

Can we steal one or do we dust off the "great effort by youngest team in Universe" speech?

1. Never seen a team make so many hard layups before. They slam it off the backboard and somehow the ball still goes in for Marquette.
2. Marco sucks. He is awful. There, I said it. Not our answer shooting, so it's all up to Hooper now.
3. I am sick of watching all the March Madness hype knowing we won't be in it...again.

Are you saying our roster construction is flawed? Ha

Phil has to go and dunk that. Not a good option to float that one.

Have you guys ever seen a teams guards move so slow in a 2-3 zone before?  It's incredible. .
